Rightsholders
Revision date: June 24, 2026.
1. What BlaTube does
BlaTube helps users watch external videos together: create a room, add a link or a search result, invite friends, and keep playback in sync.
BlaTube is not an external video hosting service. We do not upload those videos to our servers, do not maintain a public catalog of infringing videos, and do not expose direct MP4 links in the web version of the service.
2. How to submit a notice
If you are a rightsholder or an authorized representative and believe that a search result or external video link infringes your rights, contact us through the contact form or at admin@blatube.com.
Please include enough information for us to process the notice:
- your name, organization, and contact email;
- your authority as the rightsholder or representative;
- a description of the work or protected subject matter;
- the video platform and external video ID, if available;
- the external player URL or the BlaTube page where you saw the result;
- what should be hidden or blocked;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate.
3. What happens after a notice
After receiving sufficient information, BlaTube may hide the result from search, add a block by provider and external ID, add a block by source URL hash, and clear saved video metadata from existing rooms.
This does not remove content from the third-party video platform. If the disputed video is hosted by VK Video, Rutube, YouTube, Sibnet, OK.ru, Dzen, or another external service, removal of the video itself should also be requested from that platform.
4. What we do not do
- we do not maintain a public catalog of infringing videos;
- we do not publish direct MP4 links in the web version;
- we do not store the external video file instead of the source platform;
- we do not disclose private rooms or users' personal data without a lawful basis.
5. Contact
For legally significant requests, use admin@blatube.com. For ordinary product questions, use the contact page.
