BlaTube Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of BlaTube: the website, shared viewing rooms, guest and registered accounts, external video search, chat, audio and video calls, and the browser extension if available.

1. Who provides the service

BlaTube is administered by an individual person located in the Russian Federation. Contact: admin@blatube.com. The operator's full name and address for legally significant correspondence are provided upon a lawful request sent to admin@blatube.com. The operator's home address is not published openly to protect privacy and personal safety.

2. What BlaTube is

BlaTube is a service for watching external videos together online. A user creates a room, pastes a link or selects a video from search, invites other participants and watches in sync with chat, audio calls or video calls.

BlaTube is not a video hosting platform. It does not upload or store third-party videos as its own content, does not own external videos, movies, streams or channels, and does not grant rights to third-party content.

3. Age

The service is not directed to children. The recommended minimum age is 16+. A user under 16 may use BlaTube only with parent or legal representative consent where applicable law requires such consent.

4. Accounts, guests and security

You may use BlaTube as a guest or as a registered user, depending on the available features. You are responsible for keeping your account, tokens, private links and device secure. Do not share account access with people you do not trust.

5. Rooms and roles

A BlaTube room may be public or private if those modes are available. Rooms may have host/viewer roles or similar control rights. The host may start a video, change the source, control playback or change room settings. Other participants see synchronized playback and may use available communication features.

A private room link should only be shared with people you want to invite. Anyone with the link may gain access unless the product applies additional restrictions.

6. External videos and user responsibility

You are responsible for making sure that you have the right to watch and show the selected video in your country, with your group of participants and on the selected platform. Before using an external video, make sure you do not violate law, copyright or neighboring rights, platform rules, age limits, subscription terms, regional restrictions or third-party rights.

BlaTube does not promise that every video will be available to every participant. Availability depends on YouTube, VK Video, Rutube, Twitch, Vimeo, Dailymotion, PeerTube, OK.ru Video, Dzen, Kodik, creator settings, region, age, subscription, browser, extensions, blockers, network conditions and platform decisions.

7. Browser extension

The BlaTube browser extension, if available, helps detect a player on a page and create a room faster. It is not intended to bypass DRM, paywalls, subscriptions, authorization, blocks, age limits or regional restrictions. Do not use the extension in a way that violates a third-party platform's rules or applicable law.

8. Chat and calls

Rooms may include chat, audio calls and video calls. Calls are not recorded by BlaTube. You are responsible for your messages, nickname, avatar, shared materials and behavior in calls. Do not publish other people's personal data, prohibited content, threats, spam, malicious links, illegal materials or content that violates third-party rights.

9. Prohibited use

• violating law, third-party rights or external video platform rules;
• using BlaTube for piracy, extremist content, fraud, malware, harassment or discriminatory content;
• attempting to bypass DRM, paywalls, authorization, subscriptions, blocks or technical restrictions;
• attacking the service, bypassing rate limits, scanning infrastructure or disrupting rooms;
• collecting other users' data without a lawful basis;
• impersonating others or misleading users.

10. Moderation and access limits

BlaTube may remove content, restrict access to a room, suspend an account, limit features or delete data where needed for security, legal compliance, user protection, abuse prevention or responding to rights-holder and platform requests.

11. Service availability

BlaTube is provided within available technical capabilities. Bugs, downtime, feature changes, external API limits, unavailable players, synchronization issues, browser limitations and third-party platform failures may occur. BlaTube does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of external video sources.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BlaTube and the service administrator are not responsible for third-party videos, user actions, external platform rules, external player availability, loss of room access, user disputes or indirect damages. Liability limitations do not apply where the law prohibits such limitation.

13. Account deletion and termination

You may stop using BlaTube at any time. If account deletion is available, use the account interface or contact admin@blatube.com. Some data may be retained for a limited period where needed for security, logs, legal obligations, backups or dispute handling.

14. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation unless mandatory laws of the user's country require otherwise. Disputes are handled by Russian courts at the operator's place of residence unless mandatory consumer or other applicable law gives the user another forum.

These Terms may be updated when the product, law or external platforms change. Last updated: May 10, 2026.
